The Symphony system has been offline intermittently today.
We are hopeful that the service is now restored and that the connections
will remain stable. Please reestablish a live Symphony session on all
machines that have been used for offline circulation today. When you
have done so, the offline circulation files will be uploaded. After that,
please also send the HALAN Help Desk a message letting them know that you were
on offline circulation and that your files have been uploaded.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to
contact the HPL Circulation Administration Department at 832-393-2222 (option
3). We’ll be happy to help in whatever way we are able.
