CIGNA Biometric Screenings
Hello,
It's that time of the year again! Cigna is offering free biometric screenings throughout the Houston area for COH employees to gain the metrics (lipid panel, blood pressure, height/waist/weight measurements) needed to complete the required annual assessment on myCigna.com.
If you've had a doctor's visit after January 1, 2015, you can use the measurements attained at that visit. If you need or want more recent measurements, you can schedule a free biometric screening at healthfair.com/houston. Please be aware that screenings are very limited this year and filling up fast. If screenings at your work site are not available, you may visit your doctor or schedule a screening at another work site.
Please let me know the dates and times you wish to attend a screening. Keep in mind staffing levels at the locations when selecting a site to visit.
The deadline for completing the online health assessment is October 31, 2015.
To complete the health assessment, please do the following:
1. Go to MyCigna.com
2. Select the "Manage My Health" tab
3. Select the "My Health Assessment" link
