Wrong Due Date

Greetings all.

Symphony is assigning 01/01/2014 as the due date today for check out and renewals on 21-day (3-week) loan items.  HALAN is working to correct the problem, but the fix will likely take until tomorrow to take effect.  For today, please make your customers aware that the 01/01/2014 due dates will be modified to 01/02/2014 automatically once the problem is fixed.
