It is time again for HPLs participation in Lights Out
Houston 2014. The City of Houston has pledged that our buildings will
participate in Lights Out Houston 2014. Our pledge is that we will turn off all
non-essential lighting from Thursday, April 24th at 9:00pm through
the weekend. Please let the managers know to turn off any non essential
lighting. GSD will take care of the rest. If there are any questions or
