Open Enrollment is Complete

The 2015 Open Enrollment period closed April 15. Here is what to expect in the coming weeks:

• Everyone enrolled in a medical plan will receive a new medical ID card for the plan year effective May 1, 2015.
• The ID cards will be mailed to those enrolled in a medical plan to the address we have on record.
• On May 1, 2015, log on to the Employee Self Service portal and review your elections and deductions.
• If you have concerns regarding your elections the Benefits Service Center will work with you for up to two pay periods after May 1 to support requested changes.
• If you have any questions or need assistance regarding your coverage and elections, call the Benefits Service Center at 832-393-6000.
