The issue with updating the public line greetings at HPL
locations has been resolved. Please update any internal documents.
n You must now dial 1+10 digit phone number
to access the greetings for the branch. In the past you could just type
in the 5 digit internal extension number. So for example to access
Alief’s recordings you will enter 18323931820 instead of just 31820. It
is very important to include the “1” before the 10-digit number.
