Annual Enrollment for COH Benefits

Welcome to the City of Houston Annual Enrollment!

It's Annual Enrollment! During this time, you can elect your benefit choices and update your coverage to best meet the needs of your family and you. The Open Enrollment period runs from 3/16/2014 to 4/15/2014.

If you are participating in the Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, you must re-enroll.

Beginning 3/16/2014, visit www.houstontx.gov/oe to make your new plan year elections.

This is an active enrollment for all employees.
* You must enroll in a medical plan, even if you re-enroll in the same plan.
* If you fail to enroll in a medical plan, you will be defaulted to the Open Access Plan.
* If you add a new dependent(s), you must provide relationship documents within 31 days after annual enrollment ends. Relationship documents include certificate of marriage, birth certificate, and Declaration and Registration of an Informal Marriage Certificate (for common-law marriage).
* You must use the Choicelinx tool to make your benefits elections.
* Election forms will not be available for active employees.
