New Computer Class Surveys

As you are aware the Computer Class Survey we were using for the past year has been recently discontinued by TSLAC.  In order to assure we provide an avenue for customers to provide feedback on the Computer Classes there has been a new form added to the HPL website.  This tool is not a Program Evaluation Form, but is intended to be used to assess the quality of the Computer Classes provided by HPL and our partners.  Thanks for all of your input and feedback during its development.      

The Computer Class Survey can be found on the Houston Public Library website; www.houstonlibrary.org under the Services tab, Computer Class Section and theAdministrative Forms page.  I am also providing the links below which will take instructors and students directly to the form as well.  Please share with your staff throughout the system, especially those that provide computer instruction and Open Job Lab support.  The use of the survey is of course optional but we encourage feedback from all of our customers.  The Virtual Services Team along with myself will compile the results of the surveys and monitor any requests and concerns.
